Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has started, including strategy development, setup, or execution.

2 – Monthly Services

For recurring monthly services:

• Clients may cancel at any time with written notice

• Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle

• No refunds are issued for the current or past billing period

3 – One-Time Services

For one-time services:

• No refunds are issued once delivery has begun

• If cancellation occurs before work starts, a partial refund may be considered at SEBBANI LLC’s discretion

4 – Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where SEBBANI LLC is unable to deliver the agreed service.
